a. Yes. Post-n-attract is a different type of ad unit that normal display ads. The direct job feed in the ad allows for candidates to interact with the ad and immediately apply to the jobs that they like.

2. Who creates the ad?

a. Your ad will automatically be created based on your brandbuilder, job posting skins and images available on your website. It's simple and there is no additional work needed on your end.

3. Who will see my ad?

a. Only job seekers that are most qualified for your open positions will see your ad. Your ad will include an interactive job feed of your most popular job categories and it will serve to candidates in the geographies where those jobs are listed.

4. What if I want to chose which jobs appear in my interactive job feed?

a. Your Sales Rep will be able to assist you in setting up your campaign that meets your needs.

5. Where will my ads be seen?

a. Post-N-Attract ads are seen on CareerBuilder.com. They are served to users that meet the criteria of each company's campaign. The ads appear on the job results page on the right margin (160x600) or at the bottom (300x250) as job seekers perform their search.
